Common questions
I reinstalled the game and my progress is gone
On iOS, your campaign is copied to your own iCloud account. Make sure you are signed in to iCloud on the device, then open the game and wait a few seconds on the loading screen — the save is fetched there. If you are signed in to a different Apple Account than the one you played on, the save will not be found.
I bought something and did not get it
Open the Store from the garage and tap Restore. That asks the App Store what your account owns and reapplies it. If it still does not appear, write to us with the date of the purchase and we will sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple rather than from us, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are happy to help if something went wrong on our side — tell us what happened.
Coins do not unlock races
That is deliberate. Races are unlocked with stars, which are earned by racing. Coins buy bikes and upgrades only, so nothing in the campaign can be skipped by paying.
How do I turn off personalised ads?
Open Options in the game and change your advertising choice. On iOS you can also use Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and on Android Settings → Google → Ads. You will still see ads, but they will not be personalised.
How do I remove the ads?
The Pit Pass in the store removes the full-screen ads permanently. The optional coin-paying ads stay, because watching one is always your choice and it pays you.
The game runs hot or drops frames
Close other apps and let the device cool. If it keeps happening, tell us your device model and we will look into it.
Privacy
What the game does and does not collect is set out in the privacy policy. There is no account, and we never ask for your name or email address to play.
